Type
Meaning ‘love’ in Maori, Aro Hā is a luxury health and wellness retreat located in a spectacular natural setting. Surrounded by snow-capped mountains, your daily routine will include an early morning wake-up call, followed by sunrise flow yoga, a delicious whole foods breakfast, 4-5 hour long sub-alpine hike in the surrounding mountains, lunch, massage, mindfulness practice or cooking class, more yoga, dinner and a short collaborative session before bed at 9pm.
