Highs & Lows
-
The interior designer did an amazing job – the property is beautiful – all very neutral, which vibes so well with the environment.
-
Food at the restaurant was delicious! We didn’t mind that this was the only option for miles and miles.
-
Love the you can ride a Lusitano horse on the property – they even provide lessons!
-
The large bathrooms – who doesn’t love that?!
-
The individuality of the rooms – they were all different but had character and charm. Thought was put into decorating each room which we really appreciated.
-
I wish the staff was more intentional about the different experiences offered – they are all on the hotel site but when you arrive, not much is explained to you unless you ask

Restaurant
Yes! There’s one restaurant called Basili - we ate here every day! Michelin quality dishes – the food was great and most of the ingredients come from the organic garden right on the property, even the olive oil is made at the hotel which can make for a nice souvenir! The breakfast, which is included, is abundant and filling. This hotel is isolated and the restaurant options are almost non-existent, but we were more than happy to eat at Basilii the entire time because it was so good!
