Highs & Lows
-
The poolside amenities and general service were so accommodating and convenient. The whole vibe felt special and I appreciated the options of different zones such as the private cabanas, open lawn, two pools, and mini beach lounge area, to explore and relax within.
-
The lobby lounge is spacious and sexy while still feeling cozy and comfortable. It’s a great place for entertaining friends or getting work done.
-
The hotel robes are perfect. The Le Labo products feel great, the scent throughout the hotel is invigorating
-
The Room service food and presentation could use a few more bells and whistles to feel up to par with the 5 star status.
-
Don’t forget to call for your car at least 20 minutes ahead of needing it. Otherwise, you’ll be impatiently waiting.

I love being at this North end of Miami Beach — it’s a bit of a retreat away from the craze of South Beach and yet still close enough to engage in the action if you chose. We borrowed the hotel bikes and cycled down to the south of 5th — which was a great ride down and back up. The neighboring 5-star hotels offer good restaurant options.
