Our stay was planned out with an itinerary before arrival, afternoon tea, dinner, and spa included

Four pieces of laundry per person per day are included! Oh, glory!
-
It's hard to give a low to "Best Hotel in the World 2020", but I wish the water in the outside pool was not heated

The Officer's Tent is the lushest living room serving drinks, snacks, afternoon tea, and gorgeous aperitivo bites

The poolside bar serves cocktails and snacks. At the campfire at night, the treat is hot coco and toasted marshmallows
-
Minibar & Retail
Minibar stocks homemade cookies, crisps, nuts, tea, and coffee with a huge fridge/treasure chest of drinks. The retail shop is wonderful with handmade Balinese shadow puppets, silks, jewelry, and leather goods for sale. Better than going out to a wild shop in town
