Das Stue
- Where:
- Why:Zoo Visit?
- When:Summer 2013
- Who:Me.

Das Stue is situated right next to the Berlin Zoo and many of the rooms have great views of the animal enclosures.

Spacious, comfortable rooms with great views of Tiergarten.

The Prenzlauer berg flea market is incredible. Antique, modern, food, music, prosthetic legs…

The Berlin zoo is incredible, the animals are so close, there’s hundreds of them and they’re all up for a bit of a rave when the sun goes down.

Yours truly in the perfectly designed, perfectly lit lobby chair.

Das Stue, the Danish term for living room. Originally built in the 30’s as the Royal Danish Embassy... I mean, just look at it…

The incredibly impressive lobby entrance/grand staircase/alligator.

There’s a zoo next door, it’s a design hotel… it’s a mesh ape sculpture thing. And so it should be.

Very cool, comfortable and functional design in the lobby lounge.

The room design is a little flat in comparison.
