This is the restaurant from the street. The entry to the hotel is hidden, very discreet… a real treasure in St Rémy’s old town.

The original building was completely renovated before the hotel. The historic bones make this place feel really special.

This mix of materials is quite impressive throughout the hotel. Old meets new.

Uncompromising quality level. From service to furniture to food.
The location, Saint Rémy de Provence is one of the most beautiful village in the region.
The architectural and design level of this hotel is just incredible.
The restaurant and food. Definitely a high.
The warm welcome from the staff.

A little bit pricey, which can be a low because as soon as you step inside, you want to spend the entire month there.

The one and only hotel in the old town of St Rémy de Provence. The hotel is actually an old private mansion from the 17th Century that the owners re-designed entirely in a contemporary way.

Restaurant
Incredible food. The chef (Benoit Fauci) works with local produce from the market. An elegant and sophisticated version of Mediterranean and French fare.
Bar
Aside from the restaurant’s bar that has a great selection of alcohol and wines (and juices of course), they have a wine bar next to the restaurant that carries around 350 bottles including very rare ones. It’s no surprise for the owner himself to be there talking about fine wines.

Nice selection, you have the best of everything.
