The onsite restaurant at HOTEL ZOO BERLIN is beautiful, definitely bring a date (don't be a loner like me)
Breakfast, so fresh and tasty, the kind you actually want to eat

The room felt a bit dark, I like a bit more natural light, but that can just be Berlin

The hotel is in a historical building, and has been renovated and redesigned yet maintains the feel of luxury and glamour of the past. It’s both contemporary and traditional. The building withstood bombardment from the Second World War. It's emphasis on resiliency and preservation of tradition and glamour while adapting to today's world is inspiring, however I didn't notice anything particularly sustainable in the hotel

Some call it the Champs-Elysees of Berlin if you're here to shop, great! If not, you're a quick cab ride away from some of the things that make Berlin one of my favorite cities in the world.
