I love the light fixtures. These fluttery angel wings greeted me upon arrival. I'm also obsessed with the velvet staircase.
I found some inspiration in the books in the room...great little detail that gave me some ideas for adding birds in my next shoe collection.
The king bed was extra comfy with the perfect down duvets - it made it hard to get out of bed in the morning.

The outside of the hotel is very welcoming - it felt intimate, like I was a guest at friends who lived in a wonderful townhouse. It has that classic, cozy and inviting feel of old school B&B with the service and details of a modern hotel.

Location
One of the best qualities of the hotel (besides the boutique cozy feeling) is the location. It's across the street from the Knightsbridge tube station. There's a taxi stand and bus stop literary in front of the hotel. It's walking distance to the best shopping is two blocks down. It's a also very close to Hyde Park if you like a morning run. I also loved that it didn't look like a hotel - the taxi driver drove past it twice.
