The Dean Literally the best rashers I’ve ever had. And Irish eggs are the best in the world. Grass-fed goes without saying here. And that coffee? It’s by Clement & Pekoe and we will henceforth have our friends ship it to us. It’s.The.Best.

The Dean Sophie’s is the rooftop restaurant. It feels mega-high on the 4th floor because most buildings in Dublin are so low. You have views as far as the Dublin mountains.

Highs & Lows

  • The vibe is very chill and welcoming. It doesn’t feel too cool for school, thank gawd. Thirstiness is so whack.

  • The mini bar is stocked with so many Irish favorites. Do yourself a favor and try it all. Also: it’s affordable.

  • Amazing service. Friendly and on it. Super high-standard with an international feel.

  • The noise. Some guests may have an issue with the noise from the next door bar patios but TBH the windows are really good for soundproofing and they have Howard Leight earplugs in every room which are the Rolls Royce of earplugs.
