The Siam The pool. Despite the hotel being close to capacity it felt as though we had the place to ourselves, which meant there was no one around to comment on my terrible swimming skills. My favourite meal including the Phad Phong Karee Talay curry I became obsessed with.

Highs & Lows

Late night martinis on the Chao Phraya river. (The Lychee martinis in particular…)
The Phad Phong Karee Talay curry at the hotel’s Chon Thai restaurant. So good I had it twice.
Everyone who worked there was lovely - it was hard to leave.
